Established 30 years ago, Bandhini Design is a joining of 2 families from different parts of the globe, Tallebudgera in Queensland & India. Bandhini’s ethos is to retain the Indian craftsmanship of weaving, embroidery, applique, embellishments, block printing & screen printing by incorporating these traditions & different textural elements in the cushions.

Displacement of craftsman & their children from Indian villages to the cities is leading to a loss of handmade traditions. Bandhini support their culture by encouraging the craftsman to remain in their village homes to continue the techniques that have been taught for generations. The result is a beautiful collection of quality one of a kind cushions, made from natural fibres & complementary to a variety of different interior styles.

Our Bandhini Cushion Collection includes colourful Agate embellishments, beautifully embroided & beaded stand out pieces & appliqued delights. The range is designed to flow & easily match with other pieces, including solid tones & shade variations. Mixing textures & patterns is an easy way to elevate the look of your home, giving that designer feel.
